Bacon Pasta Alfredo
Easy alfredo sauce, topped with bacon

- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 6 pcs mushrooms sliced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- Bunch of parsley finely cut
- 1 to 2 tbsp olive oil
Add olive oil in pan. Cook bacon, and once cooked, remove from pan into a plate.
Add butter into pan. Saute garlic, until golden but not brown. Add mushrooms.
Add heavy cream, and then parmesan cheese.
Cook pasta until al dente.
Add 1/4 cup of pasta water into alfredo sauce.
Add cut parsley.
Mix pasta and alfredo sauce together.
Plate with pasta, top with bacon, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
