Season the steak with freshly ground salt and pepper.
Generously spread garlic powder on each side of the ribeye.
Pour 1/2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce on each side of the steak. There are 2 pcs of ribeye steaks, so that makes 4 sides of 1/2 tsp each.
Put butter/margarine and olive oil in a hot pan. The olive oil stops the butter from burning. Heat pan to highest heat.
Cook for 2 minutes each side until crust forms (the side turns black-brown), or until it's done to your liking (rare, medium, medium well, or well-done - I personally prefer medium well).
Let it rest for 5 minutes. Cut into strips and serve.
