Instructions
Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
Heat olive oil in a pan and saute the ground beef. Make sure your pan is large enough so that the ground beef does not crowd the pan.
Once the beef takes on a darker brown color, pour the sauce in the pan and mix thoroughly so that the beef absorbs the sauce.
Serve with scallions on top.
Optional: Serve with rice and fried egg.
